Trip to Arizona - Fort Stockton # 1

This is the message from the campground as we checked out and went on our way.  We think it's nice. Cactus, desert sand and all.

That's a Cottonwood tree growing at a Texas rest area.  Texas has picnic areas in addition to rest area.  Picnic areas do not have rest rooms.

Picnic tables - dusty but nice.

There's Treky - He keeps us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.  We love Treky.

What about me?  You love me too, don't you?  Yeah, Tippy. Treky and I love you - especially the way you help us hook-up - like you are doing now.

Our Fort Stockton campground has a small cafe.  This picture hangs in the cafe.  It's a roadrunner.

Fort Stockton Visitor's Center Sign and Tippy.

We'll explore the visitor's center tomorrow.  See you then!
