Hidden Valley Campground Weather

The campground is building some cabins that they will rent to folks who want to "camp" but don't have an RV or tent.  KOA does the same thing.

Whoa!  Those clouds don't look good.

First, it started raining - then the temperature dropped into the low 30's (F).  It rained hard.

Then, it started snowing - here in the middle of May.

It snowed harder - did not stick as the temperature was only 36 degrees.

With all the rain, cold weather and snow, you can guess what Tippy-Too did. - Yep, wrapped herself up in  a blanket and said, "wake me when the weather gets better".

The weather did get better and the sun came out.  You can see Tippy-Too's tail behind the Hidden Valley bench.

We won't quickly forget snow in May.

Thanks for exploring our world with us,

Ron, Tippy-Too and Treky
