Tippy is much better today - Pancreatic illness is very painful - Tippy hung in there like the champ that he is.
You can see here where the doctor shaved his legs to insert IV's. Not only his front legs but all four legs had IV's.
When I brought him home from the hospital, they gave me a bottle of antibiotics and some special "low fat" dog food. No more "people food" for Tippy - I think that I caused his problem by feeding him from my plate.
Tippy and I thank you so much for all the comments, emails, e-cards, phone calls, prayers and thoughts wishing him a speedy recovery.
Tippy, Treky and I had a meeting to plan our 2016 travels:
February: If the weather improves, we will go to Georgia to visit: Air Force museum in Warner Robins; Andersonville Confederate Prison; Warm Springs, home of President F D Roosevelt; Unicoa State Park; and Helen, Georgia
March: Will McClean Florida Folk Music Festival near Brooksville, FL; and the FMCA Rally in Perry, Georgia
April: Tallahassee, Florida Rally and maybe a trip to the Southwest
May: Rally in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada and then onto the Canadian Maritime Provinces - Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick
June and July: Northwest National Parks
August, September, October: 60 day West Coast Caravan - starting in Seattle and 60 days later arrive in Los Angeles, California. This will be a trip of a life time. It is reserved, bought and paid for.
November: Back to Cedar Key for Thanksgiving.
All three of us would rather stay home than to venture out in weather with lows in the 20's - Not much fun just sitting in Treky and too cold to see the sights. So, we may just stay home for the next week or two.
