This is the hall where the main activities took place. There were 121 people. We were served breakfast and dinner each day. New member orientation, Onan generator seminar, I-phone, Android phone, Skype, and Kindle classes were held here.
Twenty seven Solo Trekers were present. They had a special table located near the displays of new models of Roadtreks. The Orlando Fire Department put on a fire extinguisher and first aid seminar.
Most of the attendees were couples. An open discussion covering dry camping, traveling alone, travel tips, travel safety, clean water, types of batteries, etc was very informative.
Dinner was a busy time. On the final day, we were served salad, loaded baked potato and prime rib. One breakfast included that southern favorite, biscuits and sausage gravy.
There were 74 Roadtrek rigs parked at the fairgrounds in a very large field with electric and water hookups. Tippy said that there were 374 dogs, 115 cats and 24 other critters (Tippy is not good with arithmetic.)
At the drawing for the door prize, I won a $50.00 gas card. This is the third one I have won at the Roadtrek rallies - more than enough to pay for my dues. While there were only a few gas cards awarded, everyone won "something"
One night, our entertainment was William Florian, former lead singer with the New Christy Minstrels. Pictured here are the Ditchfield Family Singers, the entertainment for the final night
