You know car engines have cylinders aligned either in a straight line or in a V configuration. This airplane has its cylinders aligned in a circle.
The U S Marines have airplanes too.
This airplane has pontoons for landing in the water. It is a big airplane large enough to carry many passengers. I have never seen a pontoon airplane this large.
A better view of it. Notice the number N4273S - that's the plane's radio call sign. All United States radio stations have call signs prefixed with either W, K, or N - not only aircraft but also your local TV station.
Note this airplane sits on it's tail - others have a nose wheel. I call these "tail draggers.
A few of the ten thousand airplanes that are here. These are for sale. There are plenty of buyers. I saw planes priced from $40,000 to $650,000. I was told there are some multi-million dollar planes for sale too.
